Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall supervision and operation of assigned Auntie Anne’s store, with particular emphasis on maintaining Auntie Anne’s Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving maximum profitability from store operations.
  • In charge of the management of the Auntie Anne’s Pretzel store.
  • Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products
  • Take the lead in recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring of adequate staff to meet operational needs.
  • Assist, guide and evaluate employees on the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for signing off on all training assessment when needed.
  • Be involved and present with any disciplinary actions or terminations
  • Review weekly sales and labor reports and utilize sales projection information to assist in making the weekly schedule. Work with the assigned Regional Manager to set sales and labor goals and track accomplishments daily.
  • Provide feedback to Regional Manager and Operations Manager regarding the status of the stores goals
  • Complete a weekly schedule in compliance with labor laws.
  • Establish procedures for auditing all paperwork
  • Promote adherence of cash handling and management policies by all store personnel.
  • Order resources for the store
  • Clean equipment when needed
  • Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees
  • Conduct staff meetings for both the Management Team and entire crew on a regular basis.
  • Maintain working relationships with Mall Managers/Marketing Specialists
  • Comply with all Auntie Anne’s and Chestnut Land Company’s policies and procedures
  • Perform all essential duties in every aspect of the operation of the store
  • Ensure that store personnel are in compliance with the Chestnut Land Company “Promise Code of Conduct.”
Qualifications:
  • Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
