Lupient INFINITI Milwaukee is looking for a full-time Automotive Biller, Titler, and Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! We rely on our dedicated office staff, serving as the backbone of the organization. This individual has a strong work ethic, problem solving abilities, and thrives in a team-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bill and title new and used car deals
• Reconcile cash daily and prepare deposits
• Perform day to day accounting operations of the store
• Complete month end procedures as assigned
• Receipt and reconcile accounts receivable payment
• Post, reconcile and pay accounts payable
• Prepare sales commissions
• Back up dealer trade vehicle processing
• Back up wholesale vehicle processing
• Assist general and department managers with accounting as needed
• Manage and backup receptionist
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two years minimum dealership experience required
• CDK experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Effective communicator
