Position Description
Assists with the planning, organizing, and implementing of the Human Resources functions of the hospital.
Duties
  • Keeps Personnel files current with new policies, certifications, licenses, 30-day, 90-day and annual evaluations, change of status, department and wages form, job descriptions, and annual evaluations and competencies.
  • Conducts telephone reference calls on all prospective employees.
  • Assists in new hire orientations.

    Qualifications
    Job requirements section:
    Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    Experience : Human Resources experience preferred.
    Other knowledge/skills : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple projects at once. Knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Ability to handle difficult situations with employees in an appropriate manner required.
