Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing community engagement, fostering relationships with referral sources, and developing strategic plans to promote our women's wellness programs. This position requires a passion for mental health advocacy and a strong commitment to promoting women's health and wellness. You will play a vital role in promoting awareness of our inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services tailored specifically for women in the Austin and central Texas region.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase community awareness of our women's wellness programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate outreach events, workshops, and educational sessions to promote mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
• Manage social media platforms to disseminate information and engage with our community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients transitioning between inpatient and outpatient services.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, public health) preferred.
• Previous experience in community outreach, marketing, or healthcare administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment principles and resources.
• Experience with social media management and marketing strategies preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for promoting women's health and wellness.
