- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor/Associate degree in biological, chemical science, clinical laboratory science. Must meet course attendance to meet CLIA guidelines to perform high complexity testing
- Thorough knowledge of testing procedures and quality standards. Required
- Basic computer skills. Required
- Medical Lab Technician (MLT-ASCP) Required or
- Medical Technologist (MT-ASCP) or equivalent certification Required
- Required within 1 year of hire date
- Specific CLIA '88 to perform complexity testing. Required
