Immediate Opportunities Available:

-Residence Manager

- Will supervise daily operations of residences, provide staff supervision and coordination of services to insure the health and well being of participants.

Responsibilities for the Residence Manager Position:

Train, supervise, and evaluate Assistant Residence Manager and all direct support professionals employed in the residenceEnsure staff are trained with the skills necessary to provide the appropriate care and treatment to each individualProvide oversight for each individual's personal allowance, bank accounts and financial recordsEnsure families and advocates are informed of the individual's condition and progressMonitor medication administration to ensure accuracy and standards are being met.Ensure implementation of goals, plans or methods as providedEnsure overall quality of appearance of residence.Responsible for attending program meetingsCoordinate staff meetingsCoordinate annual/interim meetingsEnsures that the program is in compliance with all regulationsEnsure health and well-being of individuals at all times, and assist individuals to live life as independently making life without limits a realityDirect Care duties in absence of staffAvailable on call via phone

AMAP, CPR & First Aide, SCIP certifications preferredOne to three years related experience and/or trainingIRA experience a plusSupervisory experience in the field of developmental disabilities

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree/Associates degree preferred.Required license or certification:Valid New York State Drivers License in good standing 1 year licensed driving experience
