Location: This is a hybrid position based at our East Hanover, NJ HQ office with in-office expectations of minimum 2 days per week. Mission: The Manager, Business Intelligence is a key member of Clif Bar's Insights & Analytics team, responsible for driving business value by providing performance analytics to key stakeholders and enhancing marketing/media spend ROI. You will support growth by partnering with the Clif business and turning performance data into strategies and actions. How you will contribute You will: Leverage syndicated POS, Panel, and Loyalty card data to develop deep understanding of Portfolio and Category Performance. Influence and impact business results by interpreting, synthesizing and communicating insights and recommendations that are simple, engaging, and actionable. Support Leadership team requests as the go-to expert on portfolio and category performance. Create and evolve Monthly and Ad-hoc Business Reporting with changing needs of the business & organization. Collaborate with broader Insights and Analytics team to deliver annual strategic project presentations (Situation Assessment, Growth Drivers, Vision 2030). Leverage performance data to support long-term planning inputs. Provide guidance on investment allocation and optimization by leading marketing mix analysis. Drive digital/social analytics to elevate targeting to data driven high value audiences Grow data literacy among team members, as a strategic enabler of company sales goals and objectives. Educate cross-functional users of reporting tools to expand best practices for data use. More about this role Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field Job specific requirements: 5 years in Business Analytics, Marketing Mix Analysis, Category Management, Media Optimization, and/or Sales Analytics within CPG. Proficient with Syndicated and Panel data sources (Nielsen, IRI/Circana) and Marketing Mix Analysis Strong technical skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPoint Travel requirements: 1-2 trips per year. Work schedule: This is a full-time, hybrid role based in East Hanover, NJ with in-office expectations of minimum 2 days per week.
