Duties * Serve as a staff HR advisor and action officer for personnel related functions. * Manage organization's civilian awards program * Provide position management and classification advice to supervisors/ managers and employees of the organization. * Provide technical assistance to managers and supervisors to develop employee training and Individual Developmental Plans (IDP). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-09).
