Summary:
The main function is to analyze science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. Responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared.
Candidate Technical and skills profile:A. Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:
a. Candidate will be working across lending technology to help steer and track TND efforts. This person will also work on the release management of these efforts and helping teams get passed barriers.
b. Attend occasional meetings
c. Lots of interaction with the technical teams
d. Diverse interaction across of lot of different app teams
B. Describe the required must have technical skills, tools, or experience:
a. Experience in Run (Support/operations), Change, and End of life programs are critical
b. Not a hands on developer
c. Technology operations, change review board, release management team
d. Familiar with the process and procedures
e. ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, MS Suite 1-3 years of experience
f. Right attitude and drive, they will learn what they need to from us.
