• Initiate, negotiate, and process Commodity enabling agreements and master service agreements with third party customers. Agreements include, but are not limited to, ISDAs, NAESBS, GasEDIs, and bespoke Gas Purchase and Sale Agreements.
• Draft and/or review, as applicable, ancillary agreements as required including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, agency agreements, gas transportation and storage agreements, and broker agreements.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Credit, Legal and Compliance to ensure contract terms are appropriate for business conducted between Twin Eagle and third parties.
• Provide support and expertise to the Confirmations Department in review of Confirmations for structured deals and asset management agreements, as well as resolving contractual issues related to Confirmations.
• Monitor changing contractual requirements for commercial transactions, and ensure appropriate terms are being utilized. Stay current on industry changes and update contractual provisions as required.
• Make recommendations for system/process enhancements to improve performance and efficiency in the Contract Administration area.
• Ensure documented procedures are followed in compliance with FERC and Dodd-Frank Act requirements.

• 1-3 years of experience with direct contract negotiation experience in a commodity trading environment
• Experience in negotiating enabling agreements - ISDAs, NAESBs, and GasEDIs
• Expert level Microsoft Word experience
• Law degree and active Bar certification required
• Experience with contract database management systems
