As a Laborer at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to Brent Hemmer, Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Description:

• Operate general construction tools as needed
• Perform other general laborer tasks and maintain a clean work area
• Load, transport and unload materials, supplies and equipment
• Operate mobile equipment; such as forklifts and aerial lifts
• Installation of upgrades for improved functions on hoisting systems and related equipment
• Material prep for fabrication including:
  • Sawing
  • Drilling
  • Shearing
  • Grinding

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of stable work history in a Trade or construction-oriented environment
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and perform work layout, preferred
• Proficient using a tape measure
