We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in the Dietary Department at Athene Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our skilled nursing facility, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents.

As a Dietary Aide, your responsibilities will include:

• Food Preparation: Skillfully prepare meals and snacks that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of our residents.
• Assist Residents: Provide support to residents who may need assistance during mealtime, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
• Clean-Up and Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen, including setting up and taking down dining areas for meal service.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the dietary team to ensure smooth operations and the highest standards of service.

Other Job Duties Include:

• Participate in routine kitchen tasks, ensuring a hygienic and organized workspace.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and food.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred 
• Food Handler Certificate preferred
• Previous experience in food preparation preferred
