My client recently opened several Dentist opportunities throughout their dentist-owned and dentist-led Market. My client offers clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to all their Dentist & Specialist. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations, from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans.

Benefits:
  • Minimum daily guarantee along with production-based compensation
  • 30% - 35% of doctor production of collections (pending experience)
  • Competitive pay and bonus structure
  • Options for guaranteed Starting salary ($12,000 Monthly)
  • Complete benefits package, which includes a sizeable Sign-On Bonus, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • Reimbursement for License & Continuing Education
  • Work as little as 3 to 4 days a week and easily earn over $250k in your first year.
  • Low PPO write-offs and no DMO participation
  • Option to purchase of practice after 4 years
Responsibilities:
  • Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
  • Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth and restore edentulous areas.
  • Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
Qualifications:
  • Dental degree from an accredited dental school in the United States.
  • Previous experience is preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon-to-be college graduates.
  • License (pending or active Arizona Licensed) issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
  • Applicants pending the completion of education or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
