Center for Neurosciences is Hiring an Audiologist Near Tucson, AZ

Overview:
Center for Neurosciences is currently seeking an Audiologist who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and have the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport.

  • Full Time

Daily tasks and responsibilities

  • Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for Aural Rehabilitation options, including HA’s and implantable devices
  • Program hearing aids and implants using current best practices
  • Maintain documentation and patient files.

Provides diagnostic hearing evaluations, vestibular evaluations, electrophysiologic testing, hearing aid fittings, bone anchored hearing devices, and cochlear implant services.
Qualifications

  • Au. D. Degree
  • Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.

The successful Audiologist will also possess the following:

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.

Education:

  • Doctorate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Audiologist: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Programming hearing aids an implants: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Au. Degree (Required)
  • Hearing aid dispensing license (Required)
