As a way of continuing to invest in its development, we are looking for a Sales Manager to reinforce our sales team. The Sales Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for ensuring and developing all TTS sales processes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that meets the company’s objectives;
  • Manage the sales team;
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners;
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Implement sales processes and procedures;
  • Continuously improve sales processes and procedures;
  • Manage the sales budget;
  • Keep up with software and travel industry trends.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – needed to communicate with a wide range of people, both internally and externally;
  • Empathy and Patience;
  • Technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of at least 5 years in tourism, namely in a travel agency or aviation;
  • Impeccable English – required.
