About the Role: Delivering a great supporter experience is an important part of how we fundraise at The Salvation Army. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent full time Marketing Coordinator (Supporter Experience) to join our Melbourne office in Blackburn with hybrid working arrangements. Reporting to the Marketing Manager (Supporter Experience) this support role is crucial in the management of nationwide supporter experience and engagement initiatives as well as the development of programs that address supporter needs and drive loyalty. Working closely with the Marketing Manager (Supporter Experience) you will assist with building exceptional donor journeys through the lifecycle, to aid the delivery of long term growth and engagement through communications and initiatives including newsletters, thank you communications and email updates.
