Job Description

Always dreamed of leading a Nascar pit crew? We’ve got your Road to Success! You will be directing traffic in the tire department ensuring tire technicians mount, dismount, rotate, balance tires and fix flats to the customer’s standards.

Pay and Benefits

We’ll pay you to have a good time – with wages $40,000-$45,000 per year. Like to earn bonuses? We have those, too. You will be responsible for leading the tire department efficiently, scheduling your team, participate in skills development of your team, managing customer time requirements, assisting in maintaining tire inventory, conducting digital vehicle inspections, ensuring a safe working environment and deliver a fun work culture!
