True Manufacturing is now looking to hire part-time Production Team Members at our manufacturing plant in O'Fallon, MO! You can choose between a 2 or 3 day shift!
- 2 Day Shift – Monday & Tuesday, Tuesday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- 3 Day Shift – Work any 3 days of your choice between Monday-Thursday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Lift and move materials and parts weighing up to 60 pounds as needed for production.
- Frequent physical lifting, bending, twisting and stooping, and repetitive hand motions including gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling and bending.
- Operate presses and other large machinery.
- Perform production tasks requiring repetitive hand movements.
- Assemble parts using appropriate hand tools such as air guns, power drills and power screw drivers.
- Handle and manipulate sheet metal parts.
- Clean parts and finished models to remove oils and residues from inside and outside of unit.
- Perform other production duties as assigned and instructed by supervisor.
- Work in a team environment and maintain professional communication.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills.
- Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina and coordination to perform duties.
- Prior factory experience is a plus.
- Prior experience working outdoors or with tools is a plus.
Hours may vary by up to 10 minutes.
Voluntary or Mandatory Overtime are at the company's discretion.
