Role & Responsibilities:
  • Make the patients feel comfortable and relaxed during the exams and treatment.
  • Provide knowledge about the treatment the patient will be going through and also provide them with an insight on the dental problems the patient has while educating them on the Dion Health comprehensive philosophy.
  • Educate and advise the patient on general oral hygiene after examining the patients dental condition and abnormalities, explaining the long term benefits to a comprehensive plan.
  • All the patient-related dental records, appointments and meetings are scheduled properly at the front desk.
  • Design a Dion Heath triaged plan for treatment of the patients and seek their acceptance, referring internally as needed.
  • Make all the necessary arrangements that will ensure the dental procedure follows smoothly by, arranging the needed dental equipment and products, utilizing the Dion Health in house lab system and helping the patient be mentally stable for the treatment

Requirements
  • California State Dental license
  • Team building attitude
  • Understanding or interest in learning specialty
  • CEREC
  • Reading CT scans
  • Taking care of comprehensive care patients
  • Reconstructive follow up visits
  • Managing implant patients
  • Assisting surgeons on full mouth reconstruction cases
  • Excellent bedside manner required
  • Knowledge of biomimetic dentistry
Preferred:
  • AEGD heavily preferred
  • GPR residency
  • Comfortable with endodontics
  • An interest in TMJD
  • Botox injections for TMJD
