Trove Home Care offers compassionate one-on-one, non-medical home care and companionship to seniors and anyone with special needs. We are always searching for Charlottesville's very best caregivers to join our premium Care team.

Experience, Education, Training

Trove Caregivers support clients in their homes and assist them with their day-to-day lifestyle. Whether a client requires basic companionship, or other types of non-medical personal care, our team of exceptional Caregivers are to meet their needs.

Each Trove caregiver provides help with companion activities that may be required in a client’s home, including:

  • Transportation
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal prep and cooking
  • Light homemaking/cleaning

Personal Care Aides (PCA), with adequate training, can be positioned to provide “personal care” services, including:

  • Dressing/Grooming/Personal Hygiene
  • Feeding
  • Ambulation
  • Bathing
  • Transferring
  • Toileting/Incontinence

Expectations

  • Communicate with Trove’s scheduling team to update your availability.
  • Collaborate with teammates at Trove (i.e. Director of Nursing, Care Managers, other caregivers, etc.) to ensure the best interests of the client are met.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the client’s plan of care prior to each shift.
  • Update care notes for your client via your phone or mobile device after each shift.
  • Uphold the integrity of Trove with compassion and professionalism
