As the Warehouse Outbound and Night Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Outbound and Night Crew operations within our warehouse facility. You will lead a team of Outbound and Night Crew Associates to ensure efficient and accurate Verification of orders, timely shipment of products, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with other departments within the company as well as working with truck drivers and a passion for driving continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate outbound activities, including order Verification, wrapping, and shipping, to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines.
• Train, coach, and mentor outbound associates to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and perform at a high level.
• Monitor productivity and performance metrics, such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and Loading accuracy, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other warehouse departments, such as inbound operations, Fulfillment processes, and quality assurance, to optimize overall shipping efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools (Excel) to track and, manage orders, and generate reports.
• Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to outbound operations, including missing or damaged products, shipping errors, and customer complaints.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings and implement best practices to enhance warehouse performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage the night crew team, ensuring proper staffing levels and assigning tasks to maximize productivity during night shifts. Planning Aid to other warehouse departments throughout the weeks.
