What You’ll Do:*
* Diagnose issues in heating and AC systems to determine repairs or replacements needed.
* Inspect HVAC systems and components to assess conditions, recommend repairs, and suggest preventive maintenance.
* Conduct regular maintenance to keep commercial HVAC systems running smoothly.
* Fix HVAC systems and related parts.
* Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment for safety and availability.
* Record job status, activities, and estimates for customers and supervisors.
* Order equipment and supplies to maintain inventory.
* Collaborate with other trades for efficient project completion.
* Respond to safety emergencies, even after hours.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*What You’ll Bring:*
* 3-5 years previous HVAC Service experience is required.
* Journeyman or Master HVAC license is preferred.
* Ability to use hand and power tools.
* Safety and customer service oriented.
* Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
* Ability to work 40 hours a week plus additional OT as needed, including an on-call schedule.
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
* Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
