Requirements

• High level of empathy and understanding.

• You need to have reliable phone and internet access on a daily basis and be comfortable hosting zoom meetings with potential prospects.

• You must be systematic and thrive in a routine-based environment. If you don't enjoy following a set routine or paying attention to details, this position may not be the best fit for you. While each call presents unique challenges, you should feel comfortable sticking to the routine and following the prescribed script.

• You must be available for our sales meeting at 4pmET, Monday through Thursday.
• You must be open to coaching and willing to receive constructive criticism. If you already think you're a superstar and are resistant to growth, this may not be the right position for you. Therefore, if you're not receptive to personal and professional development, please do not apply.

• You must demonstrate a high level of integrity. This means being able to say "no" when someone is not a good fit for our program, even if it means losing a potential commission. Doing what's right for our business and clients should hold greater importance to you than making a sale (in fact, it often leads to *more sales* in the future, anyway!)
