LHH is working with a growing private equity-backed firm that is currently expanding nationwide. They are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team, and in this role, you'll report to the CFO and play a crucial part in the Finance/Accounting Department. Your responsibilities will include managing full-cycle accounting processes, ensuring timely month-end closings, and maintaining financial integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end closing procedures for the headquarters using Sage Intacct.
• Verify, consolidate, and input transactions to uphold accounting data integrity.
• Aid in crafting financial statements and other internal/external reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, general ledger entries, and system records.
• Develop and sustain daily and weekly cash forecast models.
• Support audits and participate in monthly financial reviews to uphold GAAP compliance.
• Manage balance sheet account schedules and execute monthly adjustments.
• Generate various reports and handle ad hoc requests, including daily cash reports and equipment spend analysis.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Accounting; CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting/general ledger roles.
• Prior exposure to closing and reporting for multi-location companies in a consolidated capacity is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial audits and annual tax return processes.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct is required.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
