About you

As the Technical Product Manager for our Website and Analytics teams, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital properties and data-driven solutions. The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this individual will be an integral part of our next phase of growth. Owning the telnyx.com website, developer documentatoin, and the critical tools and platforms behind our product usage, this position will be at the core of understanding our target customers and their needs. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery across domains.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business goals, stakeholder needs, and internal data and tool architecture to inform design decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the website and analytics teams, from ideation to launch, and iteration.
  • Manage the tech stack for both teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overall company objectives and supporting systems.
  • Own the redesign and reshaping of product analytics at Telnyx through the rollout of a new Customer Data Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, design, and data analytics, to define and prioritize requirements, create user stories, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives and inform future decision-making.
  • Communicate product progress, roadmaps, and decisions to stakeholders, internally to stakeholders and leadership.
Who we’re looking for
  • 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on product analytics and web development.
  • Proven experience managing and working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, and modern techstacks including: Content Management Systems (Contentful, strapi.io, docusaurus), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Netlify and Fullstory.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms including: Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Rudderstack, Apache Airflow, Product Analytics platforms (Amplitude, Pendo) and Business Intelligence tooling (Domo, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in an agile environment, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A track record of successfully launching new products or features that have driven measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
