As the QualifiedMedication Assistant (QMA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
Performingvarious resident care activities and related non-professional servicesnecessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of theresidents
Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
Documenting,on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities
Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment
Maintaining a safeworking environment and adhering to facility safety program at all time s
The ideal candidate willpossess the following:
Be at least 18 years of age
Mustbe certified (QMA)
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%
Abilityto exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
