Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Expertise and knowledge in electrical systems will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems. 

 Responsibilities: 

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Identify electrical problems and determine the most effective solutions.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Install and connect electrical components, such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Completion of a recognized electrical technician program or apprenticeship.

- Journeyman electrician license or equivalent certification is preferred.

- Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

- Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work in various environments.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
