3. Exhibits triage ownership / leadership ability (ability to own issue resolution, direct triage,

organizational skills)
4. Solid understanding Of software development and architecture concepts (Java/JEE, code
review, code analysis, architectural/enterprise integration patterns, 3-tier architecture)
