You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including but not limited to: Providing direction, expertise, work execution decisions and compliance reviews for all maintenance work Providing specific recommendations for maintenance plan improvements based on asset performance, observations and data analysis. Ensuring all work plans, specifications, labor, and materials are accurately and consistently recorded against specified assets in CMMS. Driving the development and implementation of maintenance improvement processes aimed at improving overall equipment availability and reliability. Actively monitors on-going equipment performance, condition and reliability data for deviation from optimal parameters. Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday with the ability to work some Saturdays. Shift differential included. About You: You'll fit right in if you have: Demonstrated experience to proactively adjust maintenance support to uphold peak performance of assets. Strong leadership skills, self-starter with the ability to prioritize, organize, and simplify processes. Proficient in CMMS maintenance systems; preferably SAP, and MS Office Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Working knowledge of MRO inventory management and procurement processes.
