- Build automated reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Developing visual reports, scorecards and dashboards using Power BI desktop
- Experience with MS SQL server BI Stack, mainly T-SQL, Power BI and DAX
- Write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures that will be used as data import sources in Power BI
- Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions
- Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decision-making
- Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence
- Be able to analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making
- Must be able to discuss requirements effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Submit estimates and work plans as appropriate for design, development, implementation and rollout tasks
- Create technical system documentation and ensure that this documentation remains current
- Light work requiring the exertion of 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
- Requires visual perception to operate computer equipment and for reviewing, checking, preparing and maintaining computer files.
- Manual dexterity is required to operate computer equipment, a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
- Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
- B.S. Degree in applicable field or equivalent work experience.
- Must have experience and be well versed in Power BI and Microsoft T-SQL
- Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and a great attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening. Preferred
- Experience with other Microsoft BI stacks, such as, SSIS and SSRS
- Basic knowledge of the various business departments, accounting, finance, sales, procurement, marketing, operations, supply chain, human resources, and manufacturing
