Transcend Practice Management is a consulting organization for financial advisors with a specialty in organizational design and placement. We consult with advisors on strategy for growing their firms and the role that new talent plays in the achievement of their vision. We work alongside our clients in the recruiting process, helping them to identify and retain top-quality talent.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior
Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified talent for our clients. This
will include identifying appropriate talent among active applicants to job postings, sourcing
passive candidates from various sources, screening them over phone interviews, and helping
guide their success across the recruitment process in conjunction with our client management
team.

Must haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (agency experience strongly
preferred)
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience in utilizing job boards and digital sourcing strategies
- Strong internal and external stakeholder accountability
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to evolving operational procedures
- Openness to ongoing training and development

Nice to haves:
- Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing for Financial Services or Wealth Advisory
- Familiarity with the Kolbe/ PI indices
- Active or inactive FINRA series licenses

As a junior wealth management and advisory Recruiter, you can expect to:

• Develop job descriptions and specifications.

• Collaborate with each client firm to compile a consistent list of requirements.

• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

• Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.

• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

• Promote the client firms reputation and attractiveness as a great employment opportunity.

• Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations.

• Provide recruitment updates to client firms on a regular basis.

This is an independent contractor position, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. This position could turn into full time work. We are a VERY rapidly expanding company with tons of start-up opportunities. $25 per hour plus year end bonus commission on closed jobs. Fully remote.
