As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Trail Ridge Senior Living, you'll provide high-quality clinical care to our residents. You'll play a critical role in resident assessments, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff; all while having the resident's best interest in mind to encourage maintaining their highest physical, mental and social well-being. This role is dedicated to 22 residents in our Memory Care unit.

* Pay starts from $23-$27/hr based on license and experience

* Plus additional shift differential, holiday and on-call pay

* This is a Monday-Friday day shift position (7am-3:30pm)

* Also includes rotating on-call responsibilities (Thursdays and every 4th weekend)

What You Need:

* Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

* Current South Dakota or compact state RN or LPN license

* Long Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome
