We are seeking skilled and reliable carpenters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and breaking down concrete forms. This position requires physical dexterity, attention to detail, and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, and other materials to build forms.
• Construct, assemble, and set concrete forms according to project plans/specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine form dimensions, angles, and layouts.
• Rework rebar and wire mesh if needed to install formwork.
• Ensure forms are properly aligned, braced, and secured to prevent leaks and shifting during concrete pouring.
• Inspect and repair forms as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with concrete pouring and finishing as required.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Form Carpenter in the construction industry.

•Most positions are first shift with a pay range of $21-25/hour based on experience & skill level
