• Lead a collaborative team of nurses, technicians, and support staff in our cutting-edge surgical suites.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• A strong clinical background: Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in Surgical Services.
• Proven leadership and management skills: 5 years motivating and inspiring teams.
• A passion for quality and improvement: You're committed to exceeding expectations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing: State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Experience with Cardiac Surgery is a plus!
