Wells Solar is a fast-growing Texas based solar company and we are looking for a Utility PV Rebate/Interconnection Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing interconnection associated with residential and commercial solar energy projects. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven ability to foster positive relationships with customers, regulatory agencies, project partners and teams.

The Project Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure Solar projects are completed in a safe, productive, and positive manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide timely information.
• Manage utility interconnection for multiple projects while updating the customers about project schedule.
• Perform project management responsibilities, including project details and meet timelines and objectives.
• Participate in client meetings to support the planning, design, and approval of projects.
• Coordinate project start, including site walks and customer interactions
• Maintain communication with customers for duration of their projects
• Provide communication to crews and their managers about project expectations
• Review and create project cases as needed for tracking
• Provide team feedback to improve process and procedure to meet project/program goals
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage shifting
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers positively and effectively

· Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience:

College degree or 5 years of professional experience

3 years of customer service experience

Experience working in a Project Management team and environment.

Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and can work on multiple projects simultaneously under and reach deadlines

Experience with CRM programs, Google Docs based software, Monday.com

Computer Proficiencies in Work, Excel and Outlook

Proven customer service background

Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple project tasks
