As our new Guest Service Manager, you will be the friendly face that guests see when they stay at the TownePlace Suites.
Position Summary:
As the Guest Service Manager, you will provide the highest quality of customer service to all guests while demonstrating the abilities to be professional, courteous, and efficient. Some of the job duties you will be expected to perform as the Guest Service Manager are as follows but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the highest level of professionalism,
- Delivering exceptional customer service,
- Implementing employee retention plans,
- Employee Training,
- Employee performance tracking, plans, and actions.
- Shift coverage (3pm-11pm, 11pm-8am)
- Record keeping and report preparation,
- Enforcing of company policies and regulations
- Maintaining property service scores,
- Guest relations.
The Guest Service Manager will report directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager and assist with any/all operational duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
