Consider joining our team as a Maintenance Technician for The Estates at Fernview Apartments in Pleasant Ridge, Cincinnati, OH .
Who you are:
- You have experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
- You have exceptional customer service skills.
- You're self-motivated, independent, detailed oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
- You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Complete work orders from apartment residents.
- Use maintenance skills in electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, and locks and keys.
- Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation every 7th week (rotation services multiple locations for emergency maintenance issues)
