Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Middlebury, Vermont.

Travel $85.00 Local Rates: $80: 51-100 Mile, $75: 50 miles or less

M/S tele RN: 12H Days, 36H, every otherweekend; ACLS required; Progressive care experience is preferred;Must have charge experience;Experience with management of uncomplicated cardizem drips, amiodarone drips and uncomplicated DKA management with insulin drips. License or proof it is in process must be included with the submission packet. EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and nonnegotiable.Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
