Salary: $120,000-$140,000Location: Kansas City, MOOn-siteAUX Partners works closely with a large and successful Aircraft company that is searching for an experienced Director of Aircraft Maintenance. This would be a full-time role with a great salary, benefits, bonus, and the opportunity to lead a close-knit team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides consistent daily direction to first line reporting managers in assigned Airframe locations. Walks the operations floor daily, attends organized board walks, providing guidance and leadership whenneeded. Reviews the work performed and the coordination of personnel according to the demands of maintenancescheduling and priorities. Partners with Human Resources in the hiring and qualification of maintenance personnel as determined byexperience, training and performance. Works closely with support team leaders and others to ensure work scopes are scheduled, planned, andaccomplished in a manner conducive to proper completion. Ensures that maintenance is properly performed in accordance with repair station procedures. Responsible for the Safety and Quality, and daily emphasis, to ensure compliance. Partners with Project Managers and Program Management to ensure customer communication andcoordination are timely and sufficient. Serves as a key point of contact for customers, including resolution of customer concerns. Provides input in development of long-range goals and objectives as well as clear metrics to measuresuccess. Assists with the development and implementation of procedures, policies and guidelines for all departmentswithin functional area and in coordination with other locations. Assists with the review and approval of budgets and expenditures. Responsible for Budget management of Airframe projects.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in related field preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years experience in commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO. Minimum of six (6) years MRO management experience preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
