Airport Cargo & Security Manager Position - Boston, MA

Salary: $85,000/year

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Summary:

Oversee unit's performance, including security, safety, compliance, operational goals, client relationships, and financial targets.
Responsible for staff management, productivity improvements, and maintaining strong union relationships.
Ensure safety program compliance and revenue maximization.
Develop security measures and maintain key relationships with airline and airport stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR for staffing and training.

Requirements:

5-10 years of operational management experience, preferably in airport operations.
Proven leadership in a managerial role.
Experience in cargo, warehouse, and union environments.
