ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brian Moscaritolo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Our State Farm agency is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team of Sales Professionals. Known for our strong company culture and strong leadership, we consistently rank as a top office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Showing your clients how incredible you are by advising them on how to best protect their families using State Farm’s world-famous products and customer service.
• You will cold call, warm call, ask for referrals, network in the community, and build your brand within the agency.
• Meet & exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Developing your knowledge of how to best protect your clients, help your coworkers and add to our office culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or server/bartender) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license
• Ability to obtain a Life & Health license
