I am looking for the best of the best, a top performer to join the team, someone who can rise to the top in a fast-paced, high-activity environment. This is a Sales Position . There is no cap on the income you earn. As a team member you will work under an existing Agent learning the business. There is plenty of opportunity for upward mobility . With raises in base salary and bonuses come greater responsibilities and greater expectations. Candidates should have high aspirations and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others. Prior insurance or sales experience not required, but sales aptitude is a must. (Profile test must be taken before a scheduled interview) Duties include:
Manage current accounts/clients, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance and financial planning options
Providing excellent customer service
