SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Position Overview:
Renogy is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized entry level Sales Support Associate to join our team. The role involves managing sales paperwork, improving internal processes, and coordinating communication between departments. Any marketing experience would be a plus. Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for leading a variety of activities including, but not limited to:

• Manage Sales paperwork, including contracts, orders and reports.
• Improve internal processes and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, customer service and other departments.
• Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Assist sales and marketing teams with creating promotional materials, such as posters.
• Perform other related task as required by company.

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates without working experience.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in project management or operations of sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in common office software, with strong paperwork handling and basic data analysis skills.
• Ability to create simple posters, with basic marketing knowledge.
• Team player with a wiliness to actively engage in inter-departmental coordination.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.

Working Conditions:
(Typical office conditions include the below)

• Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
• Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
• Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
