Service Electrician - TOM DREXLER
$6,000.00 Retention Bonus, payable as follows:
$3,000 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment.
$3,000 retention bonus paid out at end of first year of employment.

The Residential Electrician works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed, will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEU's, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay as well as performance-based bonuses. We guarantee FULL-TIME work.

Essential Job Functions

• Performs residential service calls for electrical components.
• Assesses electrical needs and troubleshoots electrical issues.
• Provides advice on electrical equipment condition and problem solutions.
• Provides estimates to customers.
• Completes repairs and installations of electrical components.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in residential electric service.
• Must possess a Kentucky Electrical Journeyman license.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Customer service oriented.
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Experience/Education:

• Licensed Journeyman Electrical Technicians who enjoy residential service.

Compensation:

• $60,000 to $100,000 plus incentivized increases for efficiency and performance.
