Purpose and Scope
The Associate Director Operations Planning and Scheduling develops and directs complex supply chain long and mid-term plans while collaborating internally with all departments to ensure end-to-end integration of Sales & Operations Planning to drive on-time in-full delivery and to maximize revenues. This position must effectively work and communicate with all departments to develop supply plans that deliver our marketing partners' and customers' finished good requirements while optimizing the efficiency of the operation. The Associate Director Operations Planning and Scheduling oversees and directs the Scheduling team in the development of the production schedule, including the scheduling of supporting departments, as well as weekly meetings.
