THE JOB:
Join the team as a Loan Processor, where you'll serve as a key liaison between the organization and partner lenders to facilitate funded transactions. Key responsibilities include identifying optimal lending partners, coordinating transactions and funds, and maintaining clear communication channels between our sales team and lenders to facilitate the execution of a transaction
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Comprehensive Applicant Review: Thoroughly analyze applicant profiles to determine the best-fit lending partner.
  • Submission Facilitation: Manage the submission of credit and funding packages with partner lenders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with our sales team to understand transaction requirements and provide necessary assistance throughout the process with clear communication.
  • Compliance/Quality Assurance: Demonstrate sound judgment to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly.
  • Approval and Fund Rate Maintenance: Analyze and submit high-quality deals to lenders to maintain strong approval and fund rates.
  • Fraud Prevention: Continuously monitor for potential fraud risks and take appropriate measures to safeguard our organization and partner lenders.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and integrity of information within our systems to prevent errors and mitigate risks.
THE BENEFITS :
