Job Description
As a Mobile Diesel Technician/Mechanic (also known as Fleet Services Mechanic, Diesel Repair Technician), you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues in tractors and trailers. You'll use standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment, perform preventive maintenance on our fleet, and conduct DOT inspections as per FMSCA guidelines.
Benefits- Competitive pay rate of $28/hr, varying with experience and certifications.
- Generous $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in the first 90 days.
- Stable Monday - Friday, 1st Shift schedule.
- Valid driver's license with a preference for ability to obtain Class A, B, or C license.
- Technical or advanced degree or 1 years of equivalent maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance with diagnostic tools such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows.
