Join our team at state-of-the-art clinics located in Bakersfield, CA, where our services are most needed. Our patient-centered model of care prioritizes quality over quantity, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention, comprehensive care, and ample time with their healthcare provider. We are committed to building strong patient-provider relationships and delivering exceptional primary care services.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary of $260,000-$280,000 plus a 10% bonus based on performance.
- Newly built, state-of-the-art clinics equipped with modern technology.
- 100% outpatient setting
- Supportive care team to assist providers in delivering outstanding patient care.
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided.
- Excellent health benefits, including a Paid Parental Leave Program and 401K
- $3,000 for CME / 5 Days Off
- Five weeks of paid time off (PTO)
Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to see 500-600 patients annually, with an average of 12-15 patients per day
- Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (4 x 10s)
- Utilization of cloud-based electronic health record and technology
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Family Medicine Physician
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care outpatient setting
- Must be comfortable providing Women's Health visits
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and contributing to the growth of a dynamic organization
