Coordinator - Assertive Community Treatment Program

The Position: We’re actively looking for an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LSATP to coordinate our Client’s PACT Team, a program of multidisciplinary clinicians providing treatment, rehabilitation and support services to adults with severe mental illness and substance abuse issues.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $42,365 to $72,584
• Additional Pay: Annual $2000 Stipend

Responsibilities:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Some weekends and on-call is required on occasion. Additional pay is provided for call shifts.
• Collaborate with PACT Program Manager in leading/supervising clinical team.
• Assess, develop and coordinate treatment and rehabilitation support services.
• Direct daily clinical operations of the PACT team including managing team of clinicians, program budgeting, documentation review, and providing licensed clinical supervision to appropriate staff.

Requirements:

• Must have completed a 60-credit Master’s Degree (with 600 completed intern hours) in relevant Human Service field (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Etc.)
• Licensure in the state of Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LSATP.
• 2 years’ experience working with adults with serious mental illness in a community behavioral health environment.
• 1 year of experience in supervising clinical staff in a behavioral health setting.
• No Virginia Barrier Crimes on Record. See the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) for list of VA Barrier Crimes.
