We are seeking a General Laborer/Plant Team member for our customer, County Prestress in Whitestown, IN.

Job Duties:

* Steel Fabrication

* Concrete placement

* Form set up/ tear down

* Bed preparation

* Pulling Strand

* Finishing (painting/grouting)

* Yard product placement

* Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials

* Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

* Other tasks as needed

Work Environment:

* Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures

* Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards

* Work in a noisy environment

Physical Requirements:

* Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequently

* Carrying/Lifting > 40 Pounds occasionally

* Standing / Walking / Climbing

* Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending

* Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder

Experience & Qualifications:

* Experience working with concrete and concrete related equipment is beneficial

* Able to withstand working outdoors

* Must be able to bend and lift to 80 lbs. during a standard shift on a consistent basis
